The unprofessional behavior of Elena Malyar. A close family member, who has been a loyal customer for many years, encountered rudeness and a lack of professionalism from Elena, despite her profile portraying her as highly recommended. Her attitude and unwillingness to assist were unacceptable in a customer service setting. If she continues to interact with clients, I strongly suggest that the company address her behavior to uphold its service standards. Due to this negative experience, we have decided to cancel our membership. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve its customer service.
