I have been with Moon Insurance since 2016 and I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with any other broker, company, agent, or representative. They truly eliminate all of the hassle and strife from the entire selection and purchasing process to find the best option for your needs. I have worked with Stephanie Smith since 2016 and she has always been efficient, thorough, and all around capable. I recently switched my car insurance provider and ended up needing documents from my previous policy with my former provider. As I no longer had a valid policy with the company, I did not have access to my former policy documents. Stephanie was able to obtain copies of what I needed and send them to me. I know it sounds like a small gesture, but she could have easily not obtained those items for me since they are not relevant to my current policy or coverage. Instead, she went out of her way to satisfy my request. I am so grateful to have found a company with such excellent customer service. I can't imagine leaving this company any time soon!
