Worst title company I’ve ever had to deal with. Didn’t have all documents ready for our closing, but didn’t tell us about it either. We called to check after taking off work just to have the closing cancelled literally minutes before appointment. Communication is horrible. I’ve had to call to ask about progress and have NEVER been called back. My husband gets emailed about it when she finally decides to address our concerns. She failed to enter our deposit because of a complication, but didn’t call us or inform us about the problem in any way until I called to see what as holding it up. She never called me back, again emailed my husband when she felt like responding. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

Poor customer service; poor communication on closing date. Was not given any instructions or guidance for the closing. Had to chase down information. Was given window of closing time, date and location within only 3 hours of final signing making plans and appointments very tough to work around. Especially coming from another city. Underwriter even failed to properly greet and introduce herself. Awful closing experience would never recommend at all. If possible go elsewhere.
