I wanted to put this on here because I feel like this bank is kinda cutting themselves short… we are in 2026 and the have no virtual option for a credit card not only was it a act of congress to get approved the only person that made it easy for me was Justin. Outside of that I let them know that any other bank that I have been with has a 24 hour contact line and has many ways for you to access your funds not just “oh yeah I’m sorry ma’am for the inconvenience” I would say it’s definitely alarming if you are going to deal with peoples money you should have multiple options of doing so it’s not comforting at all.

I’ve been with this bank for over 10 yrs , and last week went in to deposit a check at the Louisiana branch no one in parking lot , no customers in lobby I walked in and had one teller on counter and three in drive through, the counter teller said nothing and had put out her sign other window please but no one was at another window , she was whispering to the 3 in the drive through and finally one came to lobby counter and helped me ! But then a lady walked in and the rude teller jumped up and removed her sign and was all happy and talk with her I won’t ever walk into that bank again !! With the racist looks and not wanting to help a white man that did it for me !!

My Community Credit Union is by far the worst bank out there. Constant breaches with security, I have personally had about 9 debit cards in 6 months and they never let you know until your card suddenly stops working. Icing on the cake, just left the drive thru to put a temporary check in, which they have accepted before, but apparently today, they just stopped accepting. The teller then asks if i would like my check back? Most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with.
Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else. One star is generous for these folks.
