I was involved in an accident on May 6, 2024. I contacted my insurance, and I was assigned an adjuster by the name of Meagan Harrison. She listened to the other party's statement first, and then I told her my side of the incident. Without looking at the photos Ms. Harrison decided that I was not telling the truth. I asked Ms Harrison how I could cause damage, and she couldn't explain to me how it was possible. Her answer was that she'd seen this type of accident before and that it was my fault. On January 22, 2025, I sued the other driver, and the judge took less than 10 minutes to figure out that I didn't cause the accident. He ruled in my favor and now I'm gonna sue Progressive for CONFIRMATIONAL BIAS. This was a horrible experience because my rates went up and I lost my business. I would never use Progressive ever again.

This company has fell off in customer service. My agent Jay didn’t inform me my insurance company was going out of business. I lost a whole week of business because I didn’t have any insurance. She still haven’t called me back with quotes she said she was working on…..horrible! I had to research and find another company for my semi truck. Times are too hard to lose a weeks work. I’m extremely pissed but happy I no longer have to be treated like a second class citizen. Even their phone etiquette is horrible and other agents should be allowed to help other clients. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! I was so surprised to be treated this way.
