I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with My Title Company, and Theresa. As a real estate agent, I've worked with many title companies, but this one was particularly inefficient in their communication and document handling. From the closing date, there were numerous issues that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. First, they sent the wrong documents even after it was clearly communicated that one buyer should have been removed. This lack of attention caused unnecessary delays and frustration. It's been over 20 days since the closing, and my buyers still haven't received the fully executed deed of trust. This is unacceptable and has caused significant stress for everyone involved. Based on this experience, I would never recommend My Title Company, to any of my clients or colleagues. Their inefficiency and poor communication have made this process far more difficult than it needed to be.

They go above and beyond to make sure our deadlines are met on schedule and to keep things as seamless as possible.
