We loved working with National Travel Systems for our honeymoon vacation! Our travel specialist, Shelli, was super reliable and very communicative during the whole planning process. It was our first time out of the country and she made the process incredibly smooth. She booked every excursion for us and was very helpful with any question we had. She had amazing recommendations and great tips for our travels. We stayed at the Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa resort! It was a beautiful resort with so many dining options, incredible service from the staff and romantic views. It was a wonderful honeymoon vacation, thank you Shelli for all our help! The Wear family looks forward to our next trip with National Travel.

In 2005, Sherry, I don't know if she's still there, booked my husband and I a trip to Honolulu, Hawaii. She did an awesome job. The flight and hotel she booked for us were outstanding. Everything we asked of her, she delivered. Our experience with National Travel was great. We will be using them again.

The agent who returned my phone call told me that she charged a fee for new clients. She explained that "from her side of things," someone could take her research and book themselves online. This is an unfortunate way to lose customers fast , but she did not seem very interested in taking us on as clients. I will be using another agency to book our New York and Disney trips.
