Navy Federal Title Services, LLC were AMAZING! No they are not affiliated with Navy Federal and that was made clear to me on day one. The team was very communicative and transparent though out the process. With me being out of state I was very pleased with the virtual and hybrid closing options they provided. The notary they provided came to a location of my choosing so I wasn’t left navigating a new environment on what could be a stressful experience. Thank you for your kindness and patience throughout the process!

Zero transparency, was not upfront about required documentation. Was delayed over a month because they would not provide me with a list of what was needed to close. Not to mention the employee (Carlita) was rude from day one. Not affiliated with Navy Federal, its only named as such to seem as tho they are.

Absolutely terrible! We will never do business with them again. The seller almost backed out on us because of their screw ups. Didn't know for sure that we'd be able to close until the evening before closing. Couldn't arrange the property survey. Multiple errors on the settlement statement. Even the notary they sent didn't know what they were doing. Unbelievably incompetent.
