Let me tell y’all! This is my very favorite branch! Today was our first stop here, and i had my fur kids with me, and the sweetest ladies inside asked if they could give them treats!! My whole heart melted and my pups were so excited!!! I’ll add some pictures of the puppers, but thank y’all so so much for being so awesome here! You guys made a dog moms day!

I switched from another credit union and it has proven to be a great choice time and time again. The member services department has always been so great to work with. From opening the account to all service questions. The staff is always friendly, and quick to offer suggestions or recommendations to better accommodate our needs. I also love that Neches is apart of so many events in the community. It nice to be apart of an organization that gives back to the community and it helps when I forget to bring cash! I have done business at many of the branches and never had a complaint at any. The loan department is equally as helpful and made switching my existing loans effortless and offered great rates! My family loves being part of the Neches family!
