Ron Nemetz was truly a lifesaver in helping me get my Medicare set-up within the deadline as my prior insurance had closed the plan and I had to switch. The best! He not only provided solid guidance, but took over communications for following the new application process as I could not get any clear answers from so many phone calls. He took the time to follow-up with them daily to ensure the application was processed and completed, and we still had time before the deadline to set-up other ancillary insurance plans (Rx, vision, etc.).
