They do not return calls or emails. Close your claim without notifying you. After 2 weeks of calling, I finally got ahold of someone. The adjuster send the check to the wrong address Had he called and confirmed, he would have gotten the spelling right. Or even returned any of my calls. After 15 yrs of loyalty, I had 2 claims and they dropped me. This companies customer service is trash
