I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I joined because credit unions are supposed to be more member-focused, but this place is the exact opposite. • Non-Existent Customer Support: o I spent over 45 minutes on hold just to speak with a representative. o When I finally got through, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. • Excessive and "Fraudulent" Fees: o They charged me multiple $35 overdraft fees even when I had a positive balance. o I was also hit with "inactivity fees" just for letting my savings sit, which is ridiculous for a member-owned institution. • Technical Failures: o The mobile app and online banking are constantly down. o When the system glitched and caused a late payment, they refused to waive the late fee even though it was their technical error. • Poor Fraud Handling: o My card was flagged for legitimate purchases at major retailers, but when actual fraud occurred, their department was "negligible" and offered no help in recovering my funds.
