Lord and Richards, Financial - Terrible. They don't communicate very well. When they do they have provided wrong and misinformation. They have lied about their communication mistake to cover it up and not admit fault. I was personally embarrassed in front of others by a situation they created at a presentation in north Plano, TX on 12/3/24. How can any investor/client be expected to trust this company with any amount of money when they cannot even be trusted to communicate courteous general information correctly. I am 68, happily retired, two plus college degrees and millions to invest, where I choose. Don't choose this company for your financial assistance, they're a mess and inconsiderate. Terrible service.
