I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Odyssey Title during my refinance process. It has now been three weeks since closing, and they have yet to send the insurance premium to my insurance company. Because of this negligence, my insurance coverage has been cancelled, and now I am forced to get a new quote at a higher rate. To make matters worse, communication from Odyssey Title has been absolutely nonexistent. I’ve tried repeatedly to reach out to Hope, who was handling my case, but she has not returned any of my calls or responded to texts. I’ve called both her cell and office numbers with no luck. It's frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs if you want a smooth and stress-free process. Their lack of communication and failure to handle basic tasks has caused unnecessary headaches and financial loss. They do not deserve any star. At this point I am thinking of making a report to the Texas AG office and the Better Business Bureau. This is stealing their license needs to be revoked.

I’m very thankful for the attention to detail and how comfortable they made us feel. We were done within an hour but it felt a lot shorter due to the environment and Hope’s wonderful personality. I highly recommend Hope, Trent, and the team at Odyssey Titile.
