I called customer service because I had a couple questions when I requested my quote online. Talked to George, and he was very helpful, answered my questions, and got my policy all set up. He was very helpful and friendly. If you have a show truck, classic car, or any vehicle that is not your daily driver, you need to think about what its value is to YOU and not your insurance company. It was a no brainer for me to switch to Open Road. Progressive would have only given me market value for my show truck. This truck is priceless to me, but at least it is valued more realistically based on what I have in it.
