My experience with Open Road lending was excellent. Kirsten K was so professional and helpful. When I had questions outside of the time we were communicating she responded to my emails and voicemail. I had been trying to refinance for a while with no luck. When I got the call, I thought it was spam but it was an actual approval. We started on a Friday and everything was completed the following Tuesday. I recommend Open Road lending. Thank you so much

Wouldn’t recommend.. got approved but took weeks of back and forth, every document I sent something was wrong. It was a huge headache. Grace would get my documents then a week later I’d get some kind of kick back. Never had any issues anywhere else but here. They gave me the loan document to sign, and then when I said the months were incorrect instead of just fixing the loan contract I had to jump through hoops again.. they even wanted to speak to corporate at my employment which I felt was weird, and practically impossible to get a higher up to take time out of there day to make a call to confirm employment, when I had already submitted check stubs and was told my employment was verified.. it was all a very very strange experience, almost scam like in a way. I don’t understand how they sent me a contract to sign for 72 months but then when I requested it to be fixed to 60 months as discussed it was like a headache jumping through hoops.., worst experience ever…

This was a mess. My husband and I started a refinance on my car. We just withdrew our application after weeks of issues and back and forth. My interest rate jumped 2% out of nowhere. We were sent multiple contracts for 75 month terms despite repeatedly asking for it to be corrected to the 61 month term they confirmed we could do. The headache just isn’t worth the potential savings if this even ended up eventually working out.
