The absolute worst closing/title company I have ever had to work with. They make you feel like a burden and are counterproductive. If you want a minimal stress closing experience. This is not it. They almost caused me to delay closing and be penalized. My closing funds could not be wired because they couldn’t be bothered to send me the instructions on time. I got it the night before closing after days of contacting them. It’s really not difficult to send a document. By the way, the wiring instructions information was not even correct. The address was wrong and my bank would not send the money over. How do you manage to mess that up? I was not going to leave a review, but then weeks after closing I still had not received my HOA package. After going through my HOA and the cert company, it was determined that Orbit Title had the documents I needed and just never sent them. After yet another round of back and forth with them Angelica finally sent me an email with the download link. And she was extremely unhappy about it. I absolutely cannot wait to go on and never work with this company again. The seller and his agent chose this Title Closing company. And I’m sure they regretted it because he laid into them for over a half hour. Overall nobody is happy with this company.

Responsive team. Maricela did a great job communicating with lender. The loan had been delayed due to disaster designation a week prior, and Orbit title was able to accommodate pending closing date.
