SCAM, I called them to cancel my warranty, name, number, address was provided and they said “sorry, we don’t have any policy under that name.” Tried everything. They even deducted from my account. Anytime I tried calling, the front desk keeps sending me to a number that would just hang up. He also hanged up Hims says “let me go get someone.” Although I’m not gonna deny that they could be going under the same name but the names of their company matches up with this one.

Oasis insurance is great, I couldn’t have asked for more in terms of customer service and clarity with my policies. It is not their fault people don’t understand how to read and or pay for said policy(according to other reviews) i have been using them for years and not once have i had an issue. I would give them 10 stars if i could
