I submitted my application for a tittle change and license plate in may 20 2026 and 5 weeks later a guy who works there told us they needed more paperwork for the car I got tired of waiting on the title change and license plate so I canceled my application and got half of my money back . When I picked up my title and ect I found out he didn’t submit my paperwork to the court till June 9 2026 . Meaning my paperwork was sitting in his office for 3 weeks ! Really bad service . Do not recommend to come here for a title change.

My experience was OK. I've been with this company for almost 20 years and have not had any real interactions with them. My visit today was nothing special. I wasn't impressed with the office. Jennifer was helpful. The other employee there was more interested in being on the computer than anything else. That is the impression he gave me. I can't say I would recommend them.
