I would not use this company! The first year Stephanie was great, 2nd year she was not as responsive. This last year she enrolled our company in the wrong policy, ignored over 5 emails where i asked for confirmation that we were enrolled in the correct PPO policy. ( i assume she ignored the emails and will not get back to me due to enrolling in the wrong HMO policy). I own a small business so i tried to give her the benefit of the doubt ( i even asked several times is there someone else i can work with in your group who has more time to get everything submitted) but now we have members who can not get the services they need or see the doctors they need because we were enrolled in the wrong policy and not many doctors takes HMO policy's. I had to reach out to BCBS directly for them to tell me the Panatela Group submitted the wrong information and there is nothing that can be done. I attached a picture below so you can see the lack of response. Hopefully this review helps future customers.
