don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Parkway Insurance was frustrating enough to speak up. After filing a claim for an unexpected accident, I was stunned by how unhelpful and dismissive their customer service team was from start to finish. Reaching someone who had any idea what was happening with my claim took days. Every time I called, I was given conflicting information, passed from one representative to another, or promised a callback that rarely came if at all. What stood out even more was the complete lack of empathy. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just a bit of human understanding during a stressful time. Instead, I was met with cold, robotic responses that made it clear I was just another claim number in their system. The constant delays, poor communication, and indifferent attitude turned an already difficult situation into something far more stressful. I truly regret choosing Parkway Insurance and will be switching providers as soon as possible. If you’re looking for reliable, compassionate support, look elsewhere.
