Agents came to my school where I work and were very polite, but after taking my money everything went downhill. I have tried calling the office since April 2024 trying to talk to an agent about one of my documents, and have YET to receive a call back. I have left over 5 messages to different agents to contact me, yet it’s still radio silent. I honestly feel scammed, they took my money and just flat out refuse to talk to me. Can’t even make an appointment to talk to anyone. I had to contact the national business they go through to cancel my policy. If I have given over $1500 and it’s for life insurance or when things go bad, how can I recommend their services if I can’t even get in contact with anyone?! Absolutely unacceptable.

Would not be recommending this agent. Expensive, bad customer service, and the agent would not return calls when you want to cancel due to high premium. This agency makes it hard to cancel the policy or your automatic draft.
