Horrible! Very unprofessional! Has had a turnover in employees that were doing closings. I made trips that were one hundred twenty-nine miles round trip on TWO different occasions to supply deeds, tax information, HOA and other important documents. I gave Heather Dove, the front desk employee, copies of all documents. I did not hear back for a few weeks so I called and was told those documents could not be found! That cost me my first buyer. With second buyer, it took forever to get all documents corrected and at closing the closing agent did not supply all the signed paperwork. I had to make a third trip to pick up that paperwork.

They delayed our paperwork for some reasoning almost causing a delay in closing. Then at closing we had a breach of contract from the sellers and we went to explain a delay in signing and got yelled out by the staff and was told I had to sign which I didn't. Once the deal was signed I went to turn in everything at the Sabine county tax office and they noticed a error in the Abstract number. The tax office contacted Patron to correct this but Patron refuses to respond so our house still isn't in our name. I called them and they said it isn't their problem. So I filed a consumer complaint with Austin, TDI.gov.tx and turned this over to my lawyer. This place needs to be shut down. My agent explained that they have made this mistake on several other deals recently.
