They charged my husband because he cancelled the policy before the renewal, and he paid off the bill at the beginning. They said the charge was there due to a promotion being taken off by an agent who quit. They then emailed my husband saying he the one remove himself from the deduction. They keep blaming the charge on the customer and while we're still disputing the charge, they sent it to the collection. Be careful with this agency, because they are not on your side when it matters. Shame on you, Paul!
