We are new customers of Christi James, moving into the state last year. Christi handles most of our insurance needs and as such, sold us a property casualty home policy. Shortly thereafter, an unfortunate hail storm damaged our roof, resulting in a claim. When the adjuster evaluated the roof, he told us we had the best policy for that company and we were fully covered without reservation. I was so grateful to Christi, realizing she was responsible for so adequately taking care of us. She deals with those companies she has personal experience with, assuring that her clients' needs are met without the hassles in dealing with claims. Christi is pleasant and responsive. Working with Christi has been incredible and the exact opposite experience of your typical insurance broker. She is prompt with emails. You can tell she really cares about her clients because she takes time to explain what certain things mean and she has the knowledge to explain what you need and what you do not need.
