This company has been charging me for almost two years after I moved out of my previous apartment and they never sent an email, letter or notification of any kind to let me know about the renewals or even of my policy. I paid my initial policy in full and didn’t authorize automatic renewals. I found out by chance through my former landlord. I’ve been renting for 10+ years and never had this experience with any other company. It’s a very unscrupulous and fraudulent way of doing business. Stay clear.

DO NOT buy any insurance from here! Hard to cancel, sent a online form and no one replies in one week, then made a phone call and waited for an hour (still no one answered yet).

Be careful. They charge a $25 fee when you sign up for your policy that they do not disclose nor send a receipt for. I had to call to figure out why I paid 47 dollars instead of 12 dollars for the first month. Also have a 4 dollar service fee each month
