Absolutely the worst company you can choose for your title and closing. They dragged their feet on the closing. After closing I got notified that my homeowners insurance was being canceled due to nonpayment. They hadn’t sent the check. Also, I’m still fighting to get water transferred to our name because they couldn’t be bothered to email the documents to the utility. It’s been a nightmare. If you have to use them, then make sure your realtor uses a different closing company. I wish you luck.

I have been calling this title company for 7 weeks to get 20,000+ earnest money returned. Finally received an envelope that looks like a check addressed to a name I've never heard of and not related to anyone in the transaction.
