Yikes! I can't recommend Bri Fanning and the Pilot Insurance Center. I filled out the initial quote form accurately and disclosed a very specific medical condition. I got a great initial quote and decided to apply. Once the underwriter had my medical records and the condition was further reviewed, Bri confirmed that the final price shouldn't be much different than the original quote. Surprise! The final cost was more than TRIPLE the initial quote. When I called Bri about this, she said her original quote form said something other than what I wrote (odd?) and that was the reason for the (insane) price increase. Uh...? I spent months jumping through hoops for her and the underwriter chasing a great initial quote that was never realistic and there is no way that Bri didn't know that. When I confronted Bri about this she went on and on about her level of customer service and told me I got a great rate. She then left me a weird "we're done" voicemail after the call telling me that my life insurance offer was off the table and she was closing out my account. When I told her I didn't tell her to close out my account and the message was uncalled for, she gaslit me and pretended it didn't happen. Haven't heard from her since. Lol! I'd recommend looking elsewhere for help with your life insurance needs.
