DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY!!! I have had home owners insurance with her for 10 years, I finally file a claim for hail damage and its declined. all my neighbors had their roofs replace for hail damage. When I tried to reach her, there are no return calls. I drive to her "office" and there is NEVER any one there. The place is locked up tight. I Finally canceled the policy she sold me a year ago and to this day I have not heard from her. Getting the policy canceled was another head ache. My agent at al lstate was not able to do it. She said she has never encountered an agent like Linda Pineda.
