Ridiculously incompetent customer service. Gave all needed information. Tried calling three different times to roll over my 401k account to my new company and was told I need to call back a different day. Excuse me this is during business hours you need to help me. Customer service was so bad it was surprising.

So difficult to access my own money for a ligitamite hardship, basically had to go into full eviction just to access my own money. They make it so difficult to get your money, but take your money before you even get it from your paycheck. Never again, next time I get my money it will be when I leave my current company, seems to be the easiest way to get access to your own savings. They treat the money like it's theirs more than yours.

I spoke with customer representative Keren. What a joyful experience it was to get my situation resolved by her. I assume she's a remote worker, but if not, once again it was a joy. I felt like I was speaking to a family member that I lost touch with 🤗
