If i can give no star, i would. I have never met any more unprofessional company than this one. So we were suggested by the seller of our home that he could ask the title company to come to the house to sign the paperwork to close the home, which would work out perfectly for everyone and I really appreciated Angela to come all that way for us. But upon signing, I found that there were pages that requires only one signature, instead of both buyers, and some pages were cut off mid parts. We raised the questions, and Angela said it was weird, and she didn't know what was going on but all the main parts were there (supposedly). As we kept going along, I saw some pages look familiar, so I asked her did we not sign this page in the beginning, and suggested that she looked over, which she leafed through, and didn't find anything, so we kept going to finish. As I was done, I told Angela to double check to make sure we didn't miss anything, she said she's positive we didn't. I was thinking to myself that since she'd go back with the seller to sign, she would have that chance to look over the documents too to make sure no missing signatures were there. On the way to work, which is they called me and said there was missing signature, but we work far and our schedule doesn't allow much time for us to do anything, Angela was kind enough to stop by my office for me to sign, and I asked her that if my brother should be presented, she said no, it's only missing my signatures. 10 days later, my loan officer called me and told me we have to resign because the document was printed with the wrong size of paper and there are parts that we did not sign at all. So he gave me the phone number of ms. Heather Bankston, and assured me that they can accommodate our busy schedule. I am normally pretty flexible with others, since it's really not a big deal to compromise and make lives easier for everyone. But with 5 kids, remodeling the home, launching a business, I really appreciated the accommodation and was quite happy if we can find something in the middle. Ms. Heather was nice enough, but she first suggested that we would go to her office in mcKinney (we're in mansfield), then when i asked that I thought from what my loan officer said, she'd bring to my office (dallas) so i can sign, and my brother in arlington like before. What also got me was that instead of letting me talk, she talked over me, did not apologize, kept on insisting it was not their fault. Was it my fault no one double checked the document for right size of paper and for the signatures to be fully applied then? And as my brother has helped me so much, I did not want to bother him to drive one hour while he could use some sleep for working late at night because of someone else's fault, who was not even apologetic on their company's mistake. I'm telling you this, no one is perfect, especially me, but for my entire career, the only mistakes I did was caught and corrected before it reached my clients, let alone causing my clients problem, and I for sure will APOLOGIZE first before explaining what I could do to help making thing easier for my clients to get thing accomplished. And for ms. Heather to say one thing to my face, and another to manipulate my agent is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. And to tell me she will not listen to me as I told her that I can get my husband but I can't get my brother to come, that kind of behavior is not a behavior of someone who wants a business done. This company is not recommended.
