I left a full-time job to come to work for Premiere Senior Advisors under false pretenses that I would start making money immediately after my contracting and certifications were completed, which took a total of five weeks. I was told that I would start working final expense since that would bring in an income the quickest. When that didn't happen, I reached out to the owner to express my concern. I was reassured that she was working on some leads and training videos to help me get started, yet there was no follow up after that. I then reached out to her again multiple times by phone, text, and email regarding the whole income situation, but never received a reply back. I find that very unprofessional, especially when being a new agent that needed the necessary training to succeed. I invested a lot of time into PSA, and I am disappointed that promises were not kept, as well as the lack of communication. This entire experience left me with a lack of stability and a tremendous financial burden.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. They offer hundreds of free events in Texas every year, and their agents are very patient and knowledgable. I would send any member of my family here for help with their Health or Life Insurance. Excellent service!
