I felt stressful at the beginning of the call, but with Ms. Powell's reassurance and kindness, we ended the call with me feeling empowered with utilizing the new PCCU system. I spoke to Ashley Powell 07/08/26 she was very nice she was knowledgeable and offered to call me back about my NSF charge and with her knowledge my charge was reverse. I will call tomorrow to see if NSF fee was taken off. That merchant was not supposed to charge my card until the 15th. So I just wanted someone to know how great she was
