Excellent Service. The best title company in the area, period. I have worked a lot with them and would highly recommend them. Most of these reviews seem to be from people that dont understand the process and maybe have lender or transactional issues that were out of control of the title company. In my experience they have always delivered.

Great experience working with Prima! Our Escrow Officer was Juan and his assistant was Iris. They both did a great job communicating ahead of time what was needed from us so there were no surprises the week of closing. They offered flexible closing times M-Sat., which was a HUGE help. They handled both the selling and purchasing of a new home on the same day and everything ran smoothly on their end. I really appreciated being able to reach Juan the day of closing and being able to ask for updates. He was always very professional and willing to take the time to address my concerns. I would use Prima again!
