HORRIBLE Unprofessional Title company!!!!! I closed end of September 2025 and paid cash for the property. Closing was less than 10 minutes. Being new to the state I had NO idea about exemptions for property taxes. After attempting to get exemptions Stephanie Trojanowsky Vice President/Escrow Officer refused to email me back for several weeks and refused to call me back after several attempts on both. All I wanted was them to correct the warranty deed. 7 months later I find out that there is a separate MUD tax to be paid, which is delinquent. I never knew there was a separate tax when I have been paying monthly a MUD bill. NO communication on explaining pertinent information so someone that has moved from out of state. I would NEVER use this Title Company again! If I could give a negative star rating it would be a negative 10.

Absolutely awful execution of paperwork. Make sure to read every single detail before signing papers at close. We found lots of errors on our end and had to wait hours for them to fix their mistakes that should have been corrected weeks in advance
