Well where do I start, Mrs.Jackson is such a warm welcoming person. She’s very knowledgeable about the information that she provides to you. This lady has went above and beyond helping me trying to figure out any situation or question that I had. Her customer service is everything. I would recommend anybody who banks with priority trust credit union to go to the Tidwell branch. Her staff is amazing as well. Smooth and quick with everything. Making sure you leave with a smile

Absolutely the worst bank. I deposited a check on the 1st. They were rude. Said the check has to be held and didn't explain why or anything. I was told it would be available the following Wednesday. Which would have been a week. It's now Friday and they still have not released my money. This back has been morning but an issue. Between the time their debit cards were messing up and all transactions made were not coming from our accounts. For weeks I kept following up. I was told everything had been rectified, everything that was going to come out had, everything was great. 3 months later in October, the charges came out and I had to take out a loan to even be able to stay above water because I wasn't expecting anything else to come out. Then I got a well we'll waive the fee for what was taken from your savings to cover the overdraft. This bank is on CONSTANT bs. And when you tell them that, they want to have an attitude. Like how you have to ask permission to use your own money. Limit of 10 transactions or 1000 a day. And you have to call (if they ever even answer) to get it extended. Good forbid you actually need to use your own damn money.

Ms. Jackson helped me with step-by-step instruction on taking care of my money management and took personal time and care to share tips and knowledge about my business. She was instrumental to helping me through a very challenging period in my life. She is a fine example of how an individual can make a positive impact on how members look and interact with our credit union and is an exceptional person as well.
