My son and I met with Ms. Slade in February to set up his benefits for Medicaid. She advised us to cancel all benefits from his other state so she could proceed with submitting the forms in Texas and it would typically take 30 days for his Medicaid to be approved in Texas. By mid March, he had canceled and let Ms. Slade know. After several phone calls, she finally answered and let me know she was starting to work on her Medicaid paperwork and that was in early May! It is now the middle of June and she has not returned or answered multiple phone calls and messages. My son has been without insurance since the middle of March. 1-star. Do not recommend. Does not communicate or return messages.
