Terrible customer service, I called on May 29 to get a requote for my car insurance and the male worker told me to call back around the June 18-20 since that way they can charge me the new application and my new insurance would have been $82. I was happy to oblige and I called back on June 19. I explained what I wanted to do and they said "okay we will give you a call back" Never did. Then I called today June 20 AGAIN they said "we will give you a call back" they didnt i had to give them a call before they closed for the day. For them to tell me that texas insurance updated and my previous quote was no longer viable and it was $130 (around this price range) my current one is $146.99. I am beyond pissed this place doesn't call back and doesn't inform you that if you dont do it now it will screw you over the next one. Absolutely ridiculous. Not helpful at all.
