Purchased a used 2019 Ford F350 from them today. Last Friday when I came by to see the truck and drive it; I mentioned to Rick Garza that the rear tires needed replacing as well as the alloy rims which were in bad shape Someone that sells cars should have been able to see that!! And they should have rectified the issues particularly the bad tires as that is a safety concern. Rick told me it came with a 30 day warranty. So I haggle some with Rick and did get $750 taken off. But nothing replaced or repaired. I thought I could use the $750 i saved for new tires with replacement wheels coming later. Today we went to finalize the purchase and was told that there was NO warranty of any kind. Obviously the owner/manager of Pursch does NOT stand behind the word of his sales staff. Left the dealership in the truck heading home to Bandera. 10 miles outside of Hondo the inner tire on the driver's side dually blew. Sat along the highway for nearly 6 hours waiting on tow truck. Had truck towed to my residence in Bandera ($400)!!!!. So all I can say is the customer DOES NOT come first and their safety and concerns are basically ignored. I do not recommend Pursch for any used car needs you may have.
