My wife was in an accident early last week she was rear ended by a commercial vehicle that was ensured by QEO. We had a wonderful adjuster named Johnathan Nash he was very professional and was very workable in settling this claim. We couldn’t be any happier.

I had to deal with an adjuster by the name of April Yeverino. Completely unprofessional! I was rear ended by one of their insured and never been through the process of being a claimant. Needless to say she had no interest in making sure I was taken care of. Miscommunication with body shop led to her cancelling my rental car and she ignored every call prior to us having an unecessary heated argument over the rental process. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE. Will definitely be going to corporate in regards to their pitiful unprofessional adjuster *APRIL YEVERINO* The only reason Qeo received 1 star from me is because I couldn’t give them 0. Qeo you can thank April for this review

Worst insurance company ever. My car got damaged by someone insured with them and they are almost impossible to track down. It has been more than 10 days and still no updates. One of their supervisor said I have never heard of them because they are so elite that I am not prestigious enough to be considered by them….
