I switched to Navigant Insurance after realizing my previous homeowners policy lacked several critical coverages. Unfortunately, my prior policy was never proactively reviewed or reshopped, and communication was limited as I often had to follow up with questions and did not consistently receive responses. Additionally, premiums continued to increase without any explanation and I just had to deal with it as it took too long for my policy to be reshopped when I was given a response. Since transitioning to Navigant, my experience has been significantly different. Meredith consistently reaches out ahead of each renewal to review our policies, explain any pricing changes, and outline the reasons behind them. She proactively reshops our coverage before renewal notices arrive and provides thorough, transparent information that allows us to make well informed decisions. She is also highly responsive and prompt in all communications! Overall, the level of service, communication, and attention to detail has been a noticeable and appreciated improvement.
