Extremely disappointed with this service. After starting the process, there has been little to no communication despite multiple follow-ups. It has now been four weeks, and I have not received any meaningful response to my calls or emails. The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability is very frustrating and unprofessional. The situation became even more concerning when policies were canceled and reassigned without proper explanation. Overall, this experience has been very stressful and poorly handled. Customers deserve clear communication, consistency, and respect for their time—none of which I experienced here. I strongly advise others to be cautious and urge the company to improve their responsiveness and professionalism.
