This company has caused us more headache than a little bit! We closed on a lot with Ivanna and a year later there were liens popping up on the property. Apparently they weren't properly paid and cleared as they were supposed to be. I tried to go to speak with Ivanna but the company was no longer at the location and there was a sign on the door that the locks had been changed because they owed almost 40K in rent. Go figure....I do NOT recommend!
