Extremely unprofessional. The few time I spoke to their " cs rep" and " adjuster" It felt as if I m speaking to the " neighbors " running some type of business/ scam out of their home. Since they decided to start dodging my calls and give me an attitude about it, I have to go the long way - through court. Even if you don't want to waste time on bs like that, I m driving a month with a huge dent on my truck bed and don't have any other choice but to go in front of judge . But I am suing for lost wages on the too, court and attorney fees and all. They didn't not even ruled that it was not their insured fault, they just hide from you. One person in " customer service" ALWAYS blocked my number and when I called from a business number he immediately answered and the "adjuster" keep her phone of 99.9% of the time. The guy who served into lane insisted on not calling the police ( young Hispanic kid with no English - you can do the math) gave me his ins and DL and left in a hurry. But now his name will come up in court too cause he will be a defendant too. Well - only if his ins company did what they are supposed to.....they wouldn't be in such mess.

Your insured driver caused an accident. I submitted a third-party claim on Monday and was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours.
It is now Friday, and I still have not received any call, update, or adjuster assignment despite multiple follow-ups.
This lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating while my vehicle remains unrepaired.
Very disappointing claims handling and customer service.

This company is a scam. I was hit by someone with the insurance way in May 2023 a few days after buying my new car. Barely any contact with the company. They have switched adjusters on my claim multiple times. They always say they’ll call back and never do. Months later still unpaid damages to my car. Woman who hit me claimed to not even be driving that day and they still have yet to decide fault. I will be filling a small claims in court and finding more information to report this scam of a company and get it shut down. Terrible service you will have to hunt them down to even get an answer!!! It’s really ridiculous this is illegal!!!
