First and last time I will use this title company. As a real estate agent I will not be recommending anyone here. My husband and I did a personal transaction FSBO, something that was suppose to be pain free and simple later became a nightmare with this company.

Called to ask about picking up a refund check and set a time to pick it up on a certain day. Drove an hour and a half for them to tell me they mailed it to me the day after I called to set the time. Then they wanted me to pay a $25 stop payment fee on the old check in order for them to cut me a new check. We ended up splitting the fee, however, they definitely have some communication issues internally and I don’t feel I should’ve been charged anything for their mistake. Nominal amount, but pretty poor customer service especially over only $25 for a mistake they made.
