Minerva is very unprofessional. I had insurance with her and she was not the best agent. Once I paid her I never heard back from her. I never received my policy I had to go out of my way to get her to mail me my policy. She kept blaming the insurance company. She hardly answers her phone and when she does she, she nor her agents know the answers to my questions or know how to resolve any problems I may have. They tell me to call third parties for answer. Which I think it’s ridiculous, given that the reason I chose her as my agent was for her to help with that... Now she has her office closed due to covid and didn’t even notified her clients. I feel she can still work from her office and at least call for updates. I definitely do not recommend her. I wouldn’t trust her at all . And honestly I don’t believe the other reviews listed here are legit. My experience with her has not been the best. Seems like she gets her money and doesn’t want to put in the work and help her clients.
