I was referred to Ripkowski Insurance to get a quote for my homeowners Insurance 4yrs ago after seeing my (at the time current provider) raised my rates tremendously. I shared what was my current coverage with Jessica @ Ripkowsi, and she walked thru each line item of my coverage and provided recommendations. Some she lowered and advised changes for quotes. Jessica spent a few days doing what she does best and provided me with a huge savings vs what i was paying efore my proposed rate increase. That premium was abit lower than what I had been paying for years with the same deductibles and premiums. I might add, she didn't stop there, she kept in contact with me even looking at avenues to save me more. You tell me...what company does that these days? I've been with them and their services for a few years and have no plan to dismiss. They do go above and beyond for their clients and reply back to messages and follow-ups in a timely manner. Granted, knock on wood, I've never made a claim on my insurance but it's a peace of mind knowing I have Ripkowski on my side to answers any questions i may have and backing me for future needs. These ladies are awesome and are the true meaning of customer satisfaction!! I'm a very satisfied customer and will recommend them to anyone.
