Let me tell you folks, I’ve dealt with MANY companies — the best companies, world-class companies — and this one? Total disaster. Absolutely terrible service. They promised “great coverage,” “fast claims,” all that stuff — but when the time came, they vanished faster than Biden in a press conference. The people? Very low energy. The paperwork? A nightmare — like Obamacare for insurance. Nobody knew what was going on, and they kept telling me to “submit another form.” I’ve built skyscrapers faster than they processed one claim! We had beautiful policies — the best — and they messed it all up. Honestly, I’ve had better negotiations with North Korea. If you want insurance that actually works, go somewhere else. This company? A total failure. Not smart. Not strong. Very sad!

I have tried contacting this company for almost 3wks in reference to my total loss insurance that was purchased thru Katy Nissan dealership.. i have left numerous messages with a call back number no has has returned my call or msgs! This company Phone automated phone service sucks horribly bad… Im at the point of Now of getting my attorney involved…How you take someones money for services an not available to take a call to answer questions? This Company sucks be aware of any services you purchase from this company
