We needed a Uhaul to move from Waco to Flower Mound and chose Ritchie Road Self Storage randomly (since it was on our way to the library). I was greeted by a courteous young man who I later learned to be the owner’s son. He set me up with exactly the service I needed, and he offered a few perks without me even asking. Then he did something completely unexpected... he offered to work out a plan to accommodate my needs during his off time since I was on a tight schedule. I was shocked. The owner contacted me later that day and we confirmed the plan. RRSS is an outstanding family owned business that puts the needs of the customer ahead of all else. I enthusiastically recommend them. I haven’t used their storage offerings, but the facility is neat, clean and modern. If my own Mother needed uhaul or storage services, I would tell her to call RRSS.

Have to rate this facility 5 star in every way. We moved into a nearby apartment a year and a half ago and found Ritchie Rd. Storage to be very accommodating , easy accessible and well maintained. Can and will recommend them to many.
