HANDS DOWN THE WORST TITLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! The ONLY reason it's still in business is they are the only Title company in Vernon!! Keep your money in your pocket and go to Wichita Falls for home closings! They are 1/2 the price of Rogers Title fees. I have flipped houses since 1999, just closed on my 21st flip house, have also sold real estate in the past and have NEVER come across such POOR service! I guess because they are the only title company in Vernon they think they can over inflate their prices and treat PAYING customers poorly??? Sandy refused to communicate (phone, email) through the entire closing process! I was scheduled to close on a Friday only to find out 7 days before my closing date, they are not even open on Fridays!! Sandy never bothered to let me know there would be a change in the closing date which caused major issues with MY last minute schedule changes! When I would call during normal business hours no one would answer the phones, nor would they return messages and it was the same with emails! On the day of closing I finally got a chance to talk to Sandy, my closing agent that day, about why she would not return my calls and why she didn't bother keeping me informed about my closing? She immediately got rude, mad and defensive then REFUSED to do my closing that day and stormed out of the room. I have used various title companies and closed on 21 homes of my own and 40+ homes for clients back when I sold real estate. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SOMEONE AS RUDE, ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE AS SANDY!!! If you have made a mistake "OWN IT", apologize and move on without having a poor attitude and without having a temper tantrum! KUDDOS to Olga the other closing agent in the office. She stepped in and completed my closing that day and did a wonderful job! She was professional, kind, prompt and knowledgeable. She even apologized for Sandy's behavior, which she should NEVER have to do! I never did receive an apology from Sandy for her extremely poor behavior. I am assuming that's because she thinks it's acceptable behavior to treat her overPAYING customers so badly. SHAME on Sandy! Many thanks to Olga!

We bought a house cash paid them a bunch of money after a month and countless un returned phone calls asking for our closing documents had to hound them to get our receipts they gave me a flash drive and I asked for hard copy of receipts I got told to go to the library and print them off avoid these guys rude and unprofessional
